harvest

sorry its out of order, this is the finished roasted veggi platter that i brought to garden club party last sat. squash, potatos, carrots, beets, and a suprise chantrelle mushrooms.
who knew that we grow the rare chantrell fungi all over our front yard. an austrian woman pointed out that i have chantrelle mushrooms growing all over my front yard. who knew. actually we started choping up the many oak leaves 2 years ago, and leaving them where they lay. we dont use chemicles and the fungi has thrived. they are so yummy.
tons of squash. i cut, than oil, than season with spicy mix. bake at 375 till soft. yum.
beets yummmmm!!!! dry roast in a 400 degree oven let steem peel the skin add olive oil , salt and pepper, and enjoy
