so its official, i suck at blogging. i havnt blogged since april 08. i promise to do better in 09. the winter gardening chores are starting to mount and im starting to get that anxious feeling again. last weekend i pruned the peach trees and saved the branches for forcing. i put them in buckets in the smoke house to use at a later date. i also started to cut back the germander that edges all the beds in my kitchen garden. the daffodils are up so are the tulips and hyacinths.
i loved the farmers market experiance last summer and cant wait till this may to start again. i saved lots of seeds and will be selling them as well as bay wreaths, plants produce, flowers and herbal crafts. ill keep you poasted....i promise.
