Went to Fontana dam for the 1st time and was blown away with the coolness. Yes, we drove across.

Day 2 we hike .Native maidenhair fern, moss, and fungi. Too cool.

After we solved the cable problem, it was definately time for snacks and a drink. Homemade salsa and chips and pesto and crackers.

Hey y'all, sorry its been a while since ive posted. We moved our middle child into a house in Athens, Ga.. We than left to go camping, I forgot the camera, so ive been waiting on my friend Ted to forward the pix. The weather was perfect, mid 80's during the day and upper 40's at night.

The cable broke on 1 corner of the pop-up and the collective genious of the group came up with a solution. This is a combo of a truck jack, a maddok and some handy duck tape.
